Sophos MDR is Top Notch!
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to reach support and receive meaningful solutions to issues
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is costly and initial configuration is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR is very proactive and quick to provide solutions id needed. I don't have to spend as much time investigating possible threats anymore.

Sophos MDR has been a strong security partner for decades
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cadence of regular check in meetings to ensure the platform is tuned for maximum value and minimal attack surface for malware and cyber attacks. These sessions keep us up to date on new features and enhancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting would be my least favorite element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides 24x7x365 attention to real-time threats that augments our internal staff for timely security incident response. This give us instant response to threats before they obtain a toehold into our environmnet.
Great tool to have extra eyes on your environment, lowering IT's load
What do you like best about the product?
Having an extra set of people and machines, watching your traffic and data is great for compliance and security. They are corralate all the data coming in from all the machines to better track and diagnose security attempts or breaches. Super easy to use the dashboards to get a good view of what is going on, on a daily bassis. Working with the MDR team makes it very easy to setup the integration, as they have tons of setup trainings, and videos. Working with support they review your settings to make sure everthing is setup correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup requires many hrs with support to make sure everthing is setup correctly and working as designed. If you are very savy, this can be a bit boring at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to help comply with Requirements around PCI, and daily log reviews. because they have a constance watch on the data, we ship our logs to them to add to the data lake, and they use it to let us know of any issues, we should need to fix.
Stopped Attacker before Significant Damage
What do you like best about the product?
The quick response to the intruder, letting me know there an incident before any damage was done. Also helped me thru the process and understand the severity of the issue. There is sense of security knowing they are helping to keep your network safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any dislikes about Sophos. Everything was great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem I believe was troublshooting the client. I felt like if the client on the machine was talking to the console, then it was hard to get it to do anything.
A fantastic Endpoint and Integrated Security System
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of all the Sophos products into one console.
What do you dislike about the product?
The translation of some settings into the local language is not always appropriate.

Sophos MDR guarantees me 24/7 monitoring of our system with immediate response in the event of an anomaly.

The upsides of it is that it provides a robust, expert-driven approach to cybersecurity, enhancing an organization’s ability to protect against, detect, and respond to threats effectively and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos MDR is a robust and versatile service, it might be less helpful for organizations with highly specialized needs, strict budget constraints, established in-house capabilities, or specific operational philosophies that do not align with managed services. The downsides of it is that there can still be instances where the volume of alerts or the prioritization of alerts might not align perfectly with my organization's expectations or operational capabilities.

Sophos MDR solves critical cybersecurity challenges by providing continuous monitoring, advanced threat detection, expert analysis, rapid response, and strategic security improvements. These benefits help my organizations enhance their security posture, reduce risks, achieve compliance, and operate more efficiently.
Sophos MDR - The best MDR service in the industry
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR is one of the best MDR Products in the industry. What I like about this product is its number of features. Sophos MDR is easy to use and easy to implement. The customer support team is very active 24*7 if there is any issue as it is an MDR cyber security as a service product. The frequency of use of MDR is very low as there is a team to look after 24*7. Sophos MDR is easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Sophos MDR is the best product in the category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR is a cybersecurity as an as-a-service product. It provides a technical team to look after the safety of your network. this is the first time. I am using any cyber security product that provides cyber safety as a package.
after using it for a year I must say that this is the best cyber security service product in the market.

Sophos MDR is a great service!
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpfult about Sophos MDR is the comfort in knowing that our team will be notified of any anomalies or potential threats and their due diligence to resolve/stop the threat. The ability to help smaller security teams to help to be able to focus on other more prevalent issues is an asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes about Sophos MDR as our team is satisfied with their ability to notify, provide details of the threat, and also provide recommendations to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sophos MDR team is assisting our team by identifying and notifying us of potential threats such as PUAs, ransomware, etc. Allowing us to quickly identify and look into those threats to sift through and take action on potential actual threats and easily identify the false positives.
Resting easy knowing someone is keeping us safe.
What do you like best about the product?
Threats are identified and resolved immediately even before we know it happens. The MDR basically has no maintanance and is very easy to use. Impmentation was simple and the reps at Sophos were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really not many downsides, but if I had to choose one it would be the product is quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos monitors our entire network including our Office 365 accounts. The main issues we see are end users accessing fake sites or attempting to download unsafe material. The big benefit for is knowing our chances of getting hacked seem very low.

There is nothing to dislike about this product as it is a cybersecurity as a service. This is the latest technology in cybersecirity.

The best part of Sophos MDR is its service which Sophos MDR Provides. Its a cybersecurity as a service. Before using Sophos MDR we were facing alot of issue regarding technical support. Our organisation has hired number of technical person but they were failed to identify cyber threat and they take a long period of time to resolve a case. some time they failed to dignost issue. After using Sophos MDR we have never faced any issue.
