AWS Partners with LoRaWAN®
Overview
The LoRaWAN standard delivers on the promise of sending small amounts of data (bytes), over long distances (10km+), using a very small amount of power (mW). LoRaWAN also offers hundreds of ready-to-use unique devices. Here we highlight the different ways to ingest, create, and manage your LoRaWAN IoT Devices using AWS IoT and partner connectivity solutions, enabling you to take advantage of AWS services such as Amazon S3, Amazon SageMaker, AWS IoT Analytics, AWS Appsync, and Amazon CloudFront.
LoRaWAN
The LoRaWAN specification is managed through the LoRa Alliance. The LoRa Alliance is an open industry organization, comprised of hundreds of companies, responsible for the standardization and certification of LoRaWAN. There are over 270 LoRaWAN certified devices available in the alliance catalog today and this number grows daily. To browse LoRaWAN certified devices, visit the LoRa Alliance catalog.
