What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the IBM process mining is the UI and the experience where we could make better data driven decisions and improve our business workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall experience is good, the only thing that I disliked is its bit complex for new users and beginner level documentation should be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to make data driven decision and have multiple data at one place. Also we could design informed and collaborative workflows for our business.

A tool to improve commercial processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool because it is easy to understand, for professionals in marketing areas it is ideal since it helps to ensure that when creating campaigns they are geared towards what they really require, it has an identification system or so-called bottleneck, and it is also Quite useful when it comes to monitoring, helping to take the company to a new area, the interface is fast so it does not require more time and its integration system is quite extensive
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has more notable features than disadvantages or bad functions, but it is important to remember that it is a tool for professionals who have worked with a similar tool since it can be somewhat complicated for some, and it does not have much customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to improve as a company and as professionals in areas that improve our business processes, it is good for monitoring and allowing us to carry out more precise analyses, we also integrate it with business tools and it has not involved a considerable additional expense, on the contrary it has allowed us to reduce costs and increase our business operations
Positive and best result using ibm process mining
What do you like best about the product?
It process real time insight and very easy to implement that's why it is cost saving and it reduce waiting period and integration is also easy

Small business can not afford it's fee easily to use this application we have to give training to our employees

This is a real time process for insight and helped me a lot in automate and give accurate result

acredito que o custo, em comparação com outras do mercado é bem alto, porém os benecios também são altos

A must have tool as a PMO!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to get started with Process Mining. Integration went smoothly. I still remember the transitional period and how I was apprehensive initially. However, getting started so was easy and I especially love the fluid UI. Unlike most of enterprise solutions, Process Mining was really easy to get started. All the essential information like my charts were very easy to visualize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much expect that it was a little harder for us to justify the cost of procuring the solution. That's the only downside we would love to be addressed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of data being generated through multiple systems. The volume of data is so huge that it's not possible to get insights about customer behaviours and spending patterns conveniently. This is where IBM Process Mining comes into play. We have integrated it with our custom CRM solution and it made getting the overall sumarized view quite effortless.
Positive result with IMB Process Mining
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in IMB process mining is the real time process for bussiness insight so it's really easy of implemetation. Because of that it will lead significant cost savings. IMB Process Mining can help my customer to reduce wait times. I also like automatically process from this software. The customer support also very helpfull to maintain connection between us as a user. Really easy integration also big help for this application
What do you dislike about the product?
for the first downside of this application for sure is cost/fee. So many small businesses cannot afford of this additional fee. And also for the not-experienced user to use this application is very complicated. Because of that we need to invest some money to invite a well organized people to use this application and give training about this application.

Ate o momento nao tenho nenhuma reclamação, pois esta atendendo as nescessidades e reultados da empresa e facilitou muito a automação com transparência para as areas envolvidas.

Ferramenta poderosa para ajudar a visualizar os processos e identificar onde esse processo pode ser melhorado e/ou automatizado. Ajudando a diminuir custos ou aumentar a produtividade

As vezes os processos não são automatizados da melhor maneira, ou seja, o responsável pelo uso da ferramenta deve contribuir e fazer essa analise também para evitar problemas.

o IBM Process Mining ajuda na identificação de processos, com isso é possível melhorar a documentação, melhorar a eficiência do negócio, identificar possíveis automações. Com isso é aumentado a eficiência do negócio e pode ser que os custos diminuam também.
